Devin Ratray is most recognized for his role as Buzz McCallister in the Home Alone movies. These days he is making headlines for some other reasons. Devin Ratray had a run-in with the police last week, and it was just reported that the former child star was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Devin Ratray was arrested on DV charges. This occurred after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend. Buzz McCallister will most likely be spending Christmas alone this year.

Ratray was charged with felony strangling domestic assault and battery as well as misdemeanor domestic assault and battery. Ratray was released 15 minutes after posing for a mug shot on a $25k bond.

According to the TMZ report, the alleged victim filed a FIR on December 10 alleging that Buzz got violent with his ex-girlfriend in a hotel room. She told cops he’d pushed her, punched her in the face, and pressed his hands against her throat and mouth.

The probable cause affidavit contains further horrifying details. Including Ratray allegedly telling her, “This is how you die.” His girlfriend also alleged that he was immensely drunk.

Ratrey was jailed for assaulting his fiancé. Now he is fortunately of jail. He actually turned himself in to authorities in Oklahoma City on domestic violence charges on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. This was the result of an alleged incident with his now-ex from two weeks ago.

Devin Ratrey didn’t disclose anything that had happened between them, he said they just broke up due to an argument. Christmas is a time of year when Home Alone is watched by millions. Sadly, he won’t be watching it at home this year.
