Isaiah Thomas Thankful To Be Back Playing For Los Angeles Lakers

Isaiah Thomas was previously part of the Golden State Warriors which landed him on the sidelines due to his poor performance. However, he then signed with the Los Angeles Lakers and things looked better for him. It seems Thomas is glad to be back playing again.

Los Angeles currently has six players in the NBA’s health and safety protocols, which allowed them to sign Thomas, who came in and showcased his skills during the Lakers game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Against the Timberwolves, Thomas played 21 minutes off the bench and scored 19 points on 5-of-12 shooting. The point guard was an offensive spark which the team sorely needed at that time.

While the Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves, fans were just glad to see Isaiah Thomas playing again. Even Isaiah Thomas himself said he was grateful to be back playing on the court again after the game.

“It’s amazing to be on the Lakers again to be able to be teammates with Hall of Fame guys, Hall of Fame coaching staffs. I’m just thankful for the opportunity, first and foremost.”

We will have to wait and see how the Los Angeles Lakers will fare for the remainder of the season, as they had their momentum halted yet again.
