Jana Duggar was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor in a misdemeanor case. The case was first filed in court way back on September 9. Recently, Duggar’s cousin spoke out about the charges.

Jana’s cousin Amy Duggar King is took it to Instagram to defend her cousin. Amy unraveled the circumstances that led up to the current legal problem. This is not the first time Amy spoke up about the Duggar family situation.

This Sunday afternoon, Amy gathered her thoughts in one place in the form of Instagram Stories. She previously stood up against cousin Josh Duggar‘s recent charges for sharing and possessing child pornography materials. Anna now shed some light on Jana’s case as well.

“I will call out what is right and I will call out what is wrong. This couldn’t have been intentional.”

Amy doesn’t however go into into the details. She carefully steers her message towards the welfare of the children. She further points out that it must have been emotionally draining for her cousin to have watched multiple children like that.

“Thank God the child was OK and found! I bet you were exhausted, stressed and just emotionally worn out. Watching multiple kids is hard! Bc there’s so many of them and you only have two eyes!! It’s a very sad situation going on and my heart goes out to @janamduggar love you.”

Amy’s defense to Jana seemed quite interesting and unusual at the same time. According to Tontitown Police Department, Jana was charged around 3:00 p.m. local time at her Springdale, Arkansas home. Jana’s court date is scheduled for January 10, 2022. We shall keep you updated as and when we receive further reports.
