Abby Shapiro, the brother of controversial conservative figure Ben Shapiro, recently upheld the late First Lady Nancy Reagan as a paragon of wholesome conservative American Virtue.

The YouTuber recently posted photos of famed singer Madonna in a sexy pose on a bed juxtaposed with a photo of Reagan and her All-American, patriotic family. After Twitter was finished burying Abby for slut-shaming Madge, Cardi B caught wind of the trend and asked what was going on.

Cardi asked for details on why people were talking about Nancy Reagan. She received them in droves. It might not be what she was expecting, but it certainly wasn’t conservatives popping up to paint the former First Lady in a positive, family-friendly light.

“Why people talkin bout Nancy Reagan? I need details.”

Cardi’s fans responded with a litany of answers. Many of them shared an excerpt from Kitty Kelley’s biography of Nancy Reagan. Kelley has written many autobiographies, including Frank Sinatra and Oprah Winfrey. She is a trusted journalist who doesn’t rely on sensationalism. The excerpt fans shared with Cardi B also showed that Abby Shapiro may have been tone deaf in the execution of her attack on liberated women.

Kelley wrote that Nancy Reagan “was renowned in Hollywood for performing oral sex.” She performed the act whenever and wherever she could, “not only in the evening but in offices. That was one of the reasons that she was very popular on the MGM lot.”

Abby Shapiro’s effort to disparage a woman who she could just as easily ignored reflects that she shares the same idiotic worldview as her fast-talking brother. Cardi B probably wasn’t setting out to learn about Nancy Reagan’s sex life, but she asked for it. As for Abby, she’s currently being treated at a local burn ward.

How do you think Cardi B reacted when she read her replies? Let us know in the comments!
