Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez just sold one of his Miami properties for $6.3 million. The former professional baseball player made a profit of $800k on the sale of this home located in the Design District, according to TMZ. It qualifies as the highest recorded lot sale ever in the area.

The Design District home has plenty of backyard space, a pool and a grilling area. Inside it has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and a modest 3k-sq-ft of living space. Alex was represented by his sister, real estate agent Arlene Susy Dunand, in the sale of the waterfront property.

The former MLB slugger made a nice return on the property, considering he bought it for $5.5 million back in March. He had originally put the house on the market for $7.2 million, which is almost one million more than what it sold for. While he was repped by his sister, who works for Coldwell Banker, the buyer was repped by Julianna Castro of Compass.

A-Rod owns multiple luxurious homes in the Miami area. Last year, he and his now-ex J.Lo bought a Massive $40 mil waterfront estate on Star island. The couple split in spring 202. J Lo has since moved on with her ex-fiancé Ben Affleck.

Alex has been nothing but successful in his investment endeavors. We will have to wait to see where A-Rod decides to buy or invest in next.
