Stevie J Demands Spousal Support From Faith Evans

Stevie J and Faith Evans are going through a messy divorce. Producer Stevie J just asked a judge to make Faith Evans pay him spousal support as their divorce rages on in court.

Due to “irreconcilable differences,” the music exec confirmed they had “separated” on Oct. 19, 2021. Fans of the couple thought they might be getting back together after Faith shared a video of them doing cartwheels together on the beach in Malibu earlier this month. However, that was far from the real deal behind the scenes.

According to leaked court documents obtained by Radar, Stevie J wants Faith to pay him each month while blocking her from gaining any money from him. Faith Evans is to cough up monthly checks and also pay his legal bills.

The two tied the knot on Jul. 17, 2018. It is not known if the former couple has had a prenuptial agreement. Stevie filed for divorce on August 8 2021. Faith seemed oblivious to the matter as she had been praising her husband in the days before he initiated the case.

Following the divorce filing, a disturbing video leaked online showing Stevie yelling at Faith as the two get into a verbal argument. Stevie and Faith have had quite a tumultuous marriage, Faith was even arrested in May of 2020 after being accused of physically attacking Stevie in their Los Angeles home. The case was later dropped after Stevie refused to testify in court.
