Jon Jones came under fire with domestic charges were filed on him. Since then Jackson Wick dropped Jon Jones from the team and Bones is not happy about it.

Jones’ longtime coach Mike Winkeljohn banned him from the team. He made this quite clear when he said that Jones, “definitely won’t be going back but I will continue to root for all the fighters that are training there. I do believe my training methods and sessions have improved significantly since changing environments. Grateful for all the time I got to spend there, everything has its time.”

Jon Jones apparently saw something amiss in his dismissal. He logged onto Twitter and he let his thoughts out in a big way. He called out the team for keeping a rapist in their tanks while casting him aside.

We literally had a convicted rapist training on the team for years and now all of a sudden he has morals. Get out of here

We will have to see what is next for Jon Jones. His recent legal situation is not over either. There is also a chance that he might face Jake Hager in a grappling match if they can work out the details. One thing we know for sure is that Jon Jones will need to find a new team.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
