Kim Kardashian’s fashion statement is getting her an award, according to Page Six. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” alumna will be honored with the “Fashion Icon Award” at the 2021 People’s Choice Awards Dec. 7.

As per NBC and E!, the host networks for the awards show, the reality star and mega-mogul will receive the award for her “keen fashion sense, unprecedented entrepreneurial success, and single-handedly transforming the fashion industry through her innovative designs and trend-setting style over the past decade.”

“For nearly two decades, Kim Kardashian West’s style evolution has disrupted and influenced trends on a global level and cemented herself as a force to be reckoned with within the fashion industry,” the networks VP Jen Neal said.

“For being a cultural inspiration, trailblazer and so much more, we can’t wait to honor Kim with this year’s ‘People’s Fashion Icon’ award.”

The 41-year-old has successfully leveraged the success of ‘KUWTS’ (2007-2021) to create a billion-dollar business empire that includes a shapewear line, cosmetics line and fragrance, as well as multiple sponsorships and endorsements.
