Twitter is the birth place of the most ill-suited celebrity crossovers ever. While fans try to figure out who to pair their favorite artists with, it always starts with a random user sending out an idea.

The same happened when one Twitter user asked why isn’t there any background dancers in Adele‘s music. The tweet received an unrealistic amount of responses, many of them being hilarious in nature.

A Twitter user ended up posting an edit of Megan Thee Stallion and her background dancers breaking off to “Body,” while Adele’s “Water Under The Bridge” was playing in the background. It was hilarious to watch, but it planted the idea of a Megan Thee Stallion and Adele collaboration.

The clip in question features energetically performed moves which somehow work, ever so ridiculously on the slow and somber ballad by Adele. One user asked “Really Thulani? Are you okay?” alongside yet again another bunch of dancers while Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep” played in the background.

Adele & Megan Thee Stallion have extremely distinct styles in music making. Given how Adele is best buds with Drake and still remains hesitant about a collaboration, fans might have to wait their while for it.

Rapper Bobby Shmurda also raised eyebrows with his hilarious tweet about Adele. He expressed that Adele has a wonderful voice, and that they need to work together for a “Strip Clun Anthem.”
