Travis Scott loves performing in front of his fans and his fans love seeing him rap onstage as well. However, Travis Scott’s latest concert did not go as planned at all. It seems yet another family has sued Travis Scott over what happened at the theAstroworld concert.

As reported earlier, Travis Scott’s first night of his Astroworld concert in Houston ended in the deaths of 8 people after a stampede broke out. On top of that, more than 300 people also suffered injuries. Another has died from her injuries after being declared braindead.

That was not all as a 9-year-old succumbed to his injuries after getting trampled during the Astroworld concert. It simply kept on getting worse as days progressed.

According to a report by People, the family of 14-year-old John Hilgert, who passed away during the concert, are devastated by the loss of their son. Due to this, they filed a lawsuit against Travis Scott and Live Nation. The lawsuit claimed that Travis and concert organizers failed to provide a safe environment for those in attendance.

The suit, filed by attorney Richard Mithoff, is reportedly seeking $1 million in damages. This lawsuit is yet another addition to the several already meted out against Travis Scott. Over 100 lawsuits have been filed against him so far and the amount has surpassed $750 million. We hope such a horrific incident never happens again.
