Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky have raised the selling price on the Bel-Air mansion that they listed four years ago. According to Radar Online, Kyle and her realtor husband have raised the price of the 7-bedroom, 8-and-a-half-bathroom home to $6,495,000 after initially lowering it to under $6 million.

The house, which the celebrity couple purchased for $3 million in 2011, was first listed for sale in 2017 and has remained on the market as a rental and for sale ever since. The reality stars have been struggling to sell the pad for years with the property on and off the market. They hired best friend Faye Resnick to do an overhaul of the interior and then put it back on the market.

Fans may recall seeing Kyle’s spacious Bel-Air estate showcased on early seasons of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” She also once took Entertainment Tonight on a tour to show off the $1.5 million renovations she had done on the home. She told ET “When we first bought this house, it was an outdated ’80s modern. Not cute at all.”. “No, I didn’t love that, but I love the home. I love all the energy.”

The property listing reveals the property includes a “theater, office, pool, multi-purpose sports court, putting green, grassy lawn, and multiple areas for gathering.” The home was designed to have every living space “warmed by a gorgeous fireplace” while other amenities include a homely bar, lovely dining room, and formal living room. Kyle and Mauricio do not live in the home and have not for some time. They currently reside in an $8.2 million mansion in Encino.

An ongoing storyline on RHOBH seаson 11 wаs co-stаr Sutton Strаcke’s decision to rent Kyle’s Bel-Air mаnsion while her wаs being renovаted. She аlso offered to cover the costs of the dаmаges. Sutton got а good deаl on the posh rentаl .She wаs only supposed to be there for а month, Kyle didn’t ask her to pаy а security deposit.
