Many consider Kanye West a true genius when it comes to being a businessman and also as an artist. It is hard to argue with that fact as West has proven time and time again why he is one of the best ever. It seems West plans on redesigning his home.

According to TMZ, Kanye West has enlisted the help of James Goldstein to redesign his Malibu house. Goldstein stated that he recently had a face-to-face with Kanye West and that they will work on an architectural project.

It was said that Kanye West has some complex plans for his Malibu pad. He believes Goldstein is the only one who can help him given his expertise. This is because Goldstein owns the famed Sheats-Goldstein Residence in the Beverly Crest hood of L.A.

It was said that James got a call from Kanye last week to see if they could meet up and talk about working together on the project. James said that Kanye West toured the grounds thoroughly, taking photos and complimenting certain features he found wowing.

James says West is interested in James’ expertise and perspective and that’s why he hired him. West spent over $50 million on the Malibu house, so it remains to be seen how well the redesign will turn out to be.
