DaBaby has been shrouded in controversy since a while now. The rapper caught fire due to his homophobic rant at Rolling Loud. The rapper then fell into controversy after his featurette on DONDA, which was taken off the album. After his latest altercation with his baby mama DaniLeigh, the rapper is trying to get back on the right track.

The latest move by the 29-year-old comes in the form of a charity event. The rapper named the event Billion Dollar Baby Ent. Thanksgiving Giveaway. DaBaby organized the event in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is his hometown.

DaBaby took to Instagram to announce to fans that they can find him at a local Walmart. Baby announced that he would be giving fans a total of 100 gift cards so that they can cover the costs of a Thanksgiving dinner to their families.

The rapper made good on his word. He arrived at the local Walmart in his green Lamborghini, which caught the eye of his fans. He was surrounded by hundreds of fans, who all tried to catch a look of the rapper. Charlotte’s WBTV reported that the rapper gave away gift cards worth $10,000 to the families in need.
