The NBA shares a culture with rap music and every now and then stars of one side will comment on another. Some might not appreciate that sentiment, especially if they’re an NBA baller taking a shot from a prominent rapper.

Kyle Kuzma is sick of it, for sure. He tweeted out that he is tired of the shade that rappers are always throwing at NBA players. Then again, he has often been the subject of conversation, especially with his recent team moves from the Lakers to the Wizards.

Naturally, whenever someone makes a comment about not wanting to take shade, it’s going to garner a response. This instance was no different at all as plenty of fans chimed in to let Kyle Kuzma know that they heard his message and had a response.

Benny The Butcher responded say, “Yea I admit this look bad. we big y’all up too we jus inspired either way…I got a positive @kylekuzma bar on the way.”

It seems that rap music isn’t going to shut down their NBA critiques just because it seems to upset a few players.
