Pete Davidson has seen a meteoric rise to stardom in recent years. More recently, the comedian has also been making a lot of headlines for his ongoing romance with Kim Kardashian, which seems to have left the world both baffled and impressed.

However, it seems that despite all of his recent success, Pete still does not quite feel like a star. In a recent appearance on “Late Night With Seth Meyers,” Pete opened up about how he has been feeling.

Performing on a show like Saturday Night Live, it is only natural that Pete would end up comparing himself to all the talent surrounding him. As a result, Pete revealed, he “definitely never felt less funny.”

Because you watch, like, Kate [McKinnon], or Chloe [Fineman], or Kenan [Thompson] do like a hundred million things, and my line will be like “Hey everybody.” So it’s just like, you know, I know my place.

Despite being on the show for seven years, Pete revealed that he feels like “garbage” when he sees himself “surrounded by the funniest people all the time.”

That being said, it is undeniable that fans seem to adore Pete’s humor. He certainly has some big shoes to fill. Here’s hoping he continues to shine as he has.
