Astroworld Festival was supposed to entertain the Houston crowd and leave many pumped with a stacked lineup. The night ended in horror as 8 concertgoers lost their lives and many more were hospitalized. This was a tragedy that could have been avoided if security did their jobs.

New footage has emerged showing fans jumping the gate and running past security at Astroworld. Security didn’t have a chance to get a hand on these fans, let alone check anyone for weapons or syringes full of drugs.

One fan posted this video, shot by ABC 13 in Houston, and it has since gone viral. The caption questioned security and pointed out that fans could have snuck any number of dangerous things into the Houston music festival.

How was the Astroworld Festival not cancelled after this happened Someone could’ve easily for example snuck in a weapon…

It is alleged that someone was shooting concertgoers in the neck with an unknown drug. This caused the chaos and it ended terribly. Travis Scott, who is now an emotional wreck, had no idea about the extent of the situation until his set was over.

It was also said that this was a targeted attack. We will have to see what happens next in this situation, because there are a lot of unanswered questions.
