Harrison Ford is no stranger to difficult shoots. The very much publicized difficult shooting period for Blade Runner is by now historic and is very much considered Hollywood lore. It would now seem that the shoot for the 5th installment of the Indiana Jones franchise is just as hard, if not harder.

The crew is currently filming in Morocco and a camera man was just found dead, according to reports by The Sun.

The deceased was a camera operator by the name of Nic Cupac. He was 54. Cupac was found in his hotel room. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed, although the term “natural causes” has been brought up.

Nic Cupac has worked in Hollywood for years. He has worked on such films as  Jurassic Park, Harry Potter and Star Wars…all franchise films of obvious renown.

Filming ceased last week when Morocco banned flights going into the country because of a rise in cases of Covid-19. Harrison Ford was supposed to have flown in prior to that announcement being made.

Ford has also been injured on the set, which only added to the delays. The movie was supposed to have been released in 2021 but now Disney, who is producing and releasing the film, have stated that its release is now slated for 2023.
