NeNe Leakes Slashes Price Of Home Shared With Late Husband

NeNe and her late Husband Gregg Leakes made this property their first home together. Gregg Leakes, who was 66, passed away on September 1 2021 after losing his battle to colon cancer.

NeNe Leakes from The Real Housewives of Atlanta initially listed the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home up for sale at $4 million. The luxurious Mediterranean-style abode received a price cut of $200,000 last Tuesday less than a month after listing.

The couple co-owned the home since 2015 when they purchased it for $2.1 million. In an interview with People, NeNe revealed that her husband wanted her to move on with her life prior to his tragic demise.

The mansion is set on a golf course lot spanning a massive 10,000 square feet. According to the listing, the main level has a walk-out pool with a waterfall accompanied by a full wraparound covered patio. It includes a game room, beauty salon, movie theatre and many other amenities.
