Tiger King 2 is coming soon and as Netflix prepares fans for another helping from that story, Carole Baskin is preparing for a legal battle. She is suing Netflix over the season that hasn’t even aired yet.

Baskin is taking the streaming giant to court, because they are going to use footage of her in Tiger King 2. Her husband, Howard Baskin, and the woman herself filed a lawsuit in Tampa, Florida on Monday concerning Tiger King 2.

Variety reports that, “Baskin alleges that Royal Goode Productions has breached contract by continuing to use footage of her and her husband in Tiger King 2, since they only signed appearance release forms for the first documentary. Netflix declined to comment on the matter.”

According to the court documents, Baskin and her husband are demanding that Netflix and Royal Goode Productions remove any footage with them in it from Tiger King 2. It doesn’t matter who owns it, because they’re willing to take the case before a jury

Baskin made no secret that she is not a fan of Tiger King 2. The first show, while it brought her fame and a bit of wealth, damaged her reputation and brought a slew of trolls her way. She obviously doesn’t want to repeat that with the sequel.
