Fans of “The Real Housewives of New York City” were left disappointed when the season 13 reunion of the show was canceled recently. The circumstances surrounding the cancellation have recently come to light.

According to TMZ report, the cancellation was caused due to an investigation into allegations of racism made against Ramona Singer by Eboni K. Williams. As per multiple sources, Williams filed a formal complaint against Singer leading up to the reunion.

The complaint was prompted by a comment made by Singer. However, the investigation found Singer to be in the clear, as no evidence was found to corroborate Williams’ claim.

However, by the time the investigation wrapped up, the network felt that too much time had passed since the end of the previous season, and it was too late to film the reunion.

However, it seems that Singer might not be completely off the hook. Williams stated that she was not the only one to file a complaint against Singer, implying a pattern of racist behavior. That being said, Williams seems to be satisfied with the thoroughness of the investigation.
