Jason Momoa has been busy filming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom in the UK recently, and recent reports have state that he is in isolation right now after testing positive for COVID-19.

Insiders have shared that Jason is doing fine as of now but the film’s bosses are hoping to stop any further outbreaks on the Aquaman set with the project running on a tight schedule. A source told The Sun:

“Jason is fine luckily and is now isolating after getting a positive test. But it’s a real headache for the film’s bosses, who are now worrying about having to delay their tight filming schedule. Of course the safety of everyone working on the film is the most important thing and everyone is tested regularly. They are hoping this is a one-off and that they can work around Jason and continue filming on the production. Everyone is wishing him a speedy recovery and they’re looking forward to having him back on set.”

The DCEU movie’s shooting is taking place at the Leavesden Studios in Hertfordshire. Jason had recently said that filming for the movie has been a lot more physically demanding for him than before.

Jason had recently opened up about his health issues that he’s facing during the shoot. He said he messed up his eyes because he got something in it and cut it up and he has to get surgery for it. He also stated that he has a hernia, and he’s got “ribs out.”

Hopefully, Jason Momoa recovers well from Covid and is able to beat his other health issues too. You can watch him in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom on December 16, 2022.

Our thoughts go out to Jason Momoa and everyone else dealing with a difficult situation due to this terrible pandemic.
