Los Angeles Lakers’ Carmelo Anthony has seen a resurgence in his career as a professional basketball player. Anthony has been responsible for helping his team win in crucial games. It seems Anthony got a thunderous ovation recently as well.

During the Lakers’ game against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Lakers finally managed to secure their first victory of the season. It was largely thanks to Carmelo Anthony being in excellent form throughout the game. Anthony scored 28 points in Sunday’s win over the Memphis Grizzlies, giving him 27,423 career points.

When Carmelo Anthony made his appearance for the Lakers game against his former team Oklahoma City Thunder, he received an amazing reaction from fans. Some even believed he got a better reaction than Kevin Durant ever did.

Carmelo Anthony came off the bench with under six minutes remaining in the first quarter. He replaced Russell Westbrook and as soon as he went out, the crowd came unglued as they gave a massive ovation in the Paycom Center.
