Joe Exotic Says He Is Paying The Price For People Who Make Money On Tiger King 2

Joe Exotic and his whacky group of friends are back. For better or for worse, Netflix is unleashing a second season of the lockdown favorite.

Today, the streaming giant released the trailer for Tiger King 2. The show became a surprise hit during the initial COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. The currently-incarcerated star appears in the trailer and seems to have a lot on his mind.

“There’s an innocent man in prison. Everybody from the zoo is out there making money, and I’m paying the price for every one of them people. If you give a damn, it’s time to speak up.”

The convicted criminal is serving time for attempting a murder-for-hire hit on rival tiger nut Carole Baskin. Baskin has referred to season two of Tiger King as a “dumpster fire.”

The plot revolves around Joe Exotic’s attempts to free himself from prison. Another key storyline is Joe’s endless campaign to prove that Baskin killed her husband and fed him to a tiger.

It sounds like a lot to the uninitiated. Fans of the first season don’t need any explanation. Tiger King 2 premiers November 17 on Netflix.
