LeBron James was on Delonte West’s mind when he was arrested on October 20th. Now new police bodycam footage shows exactly what West ranted about and it is quite disturbing.
Delonte West launched into a rant of homophobic slurs and comments about LeBron James. This took place near Boynton Beach where he was caught banging on the doors to the police station.
The 38-year-old former NBA player had a good stint where it seemed like he was turning his life around. At one point, Mark Cuban even got West into rehab and then he got a real job. Then he was caught in the middle of this recent situation.
“N****, I was better than LeBron James. I’m better than Jordan. I was the best n**** to play every sport. Shut the f*** up!” he said in this new footage.
This situation is concerning and we hope that West gets the help he needs. In the meantime, he will probably regret spouting off like that, because the internet is having a field day with those comments.
