The Lakers came face to face with the Phoenix Suns in their second match of the season. The two teams had a huge match last season, so it was crucial for them to perform well. While the Lakers had lost their first match, fans hoped that their beloved team will make a comeback.

Los Angeles Lakers failed to secure their first win with the score of 121-114 to the Warriors. Their fate was similar while facing off against the Suns, where the team had dropped the ball since the beginning. Even a three point lead was challenged by them through a 16-point lead, taking the Suns towards a victory.

The Lakers and their fans went through a lot of disappointment after their loss. That led to some tensions in between the team members, and that might have contributed to the little confrontation that happened between Lakers members Anthony Davis with Dwight Howard.

Lakers’ Hall of Famer Magic Johnson felt that it was quite unbelievable that it happened. The 3-time Finals MVP took to Twitter in order to show his surprise after seeing the confrontation.

Dwight Howard and AD got into a physical altercation on the bench…in my 42 years of being associated with the Lakers organization, I’ve never seen something like that smh

The Lakers clearly have a lot to solve in between themselves as the team struggles to secure wins. The internal tensions between the members might be stemming from some other issues. The team should get it together ASAP before they lose their momentum in this season.
