Tony Hawk needs no introduction as he is regarded as the greatest skateboarder of all time. The legend knows no fear and is known not to ever back down from something. He is a global phenomenon whose brand value has reached the stars.

While speaking to Men’s Journal, Tony Hawk revealed how he became such a successful businessman. Tony Hawk revealed that NBA legend Michael Jordan inspired him in a huge way.

“The biggest inspiration for being an athlete and being a successful businessman is Michael Jordan. I mean he is the standard by which all others are measured. I wasn’t trying to emulate him, but for sure, he showed he paved the way.”

Tony Hawk also previously unveiled a new series of skateboards which were painted with his own blood. Hawk will continue to have a lot of influence in pop culture and that is unlike to change anytime soon.
