Few rappers in the game really believe they are given the credit they deserve. It is that struggle to crush it every day that keeps them going. It seems that Big Sean had a lot on his mind recently and he unleashed on Twitter.

Big Sean opened up his rant about how Nas just sent him a thank you text for killing it on a verse. Then he went into how people don’t think he can actually rap. This led into the rapper discussing his grind and how versatile his music is. Big Sean’s versatility is also something he prides himself on.

If you ask Big Sean, he is a well-rounded rapper who nobody can touch. You can check out the many tweets of Big Sean below.

Nas just txt me saying “you murdered these freestyles thanks for pushing us all” that’s crazy AF to me when I really thought about Nas txt’n me that, I’m at the crib right now in Detroit n I’m just feeling grateful I actually am doing what I said I would. Shit feel like a dream

I do get tired of being judged n take personal offense when someone thinks I can’t rap . I literally have proven myself over and over and over, but maybe I should just stop caring so much what people think and stop taking things personal and just get back to having fun…

I also really miss the brotherhood I use to have with GOOD music, I don’t know what happened. Guess those the GOOD ol days. It’s all love, but we use to really be clique’d up

So I’m a just get back to having fun, cause trying to please everybody ain’t it! If you rock wit me, you rock wit me n if you don’t then… you just don’t have good taste

I take pride in being versatile but I can also see how’s its helped and hurt me in my career. Cause some people hear a song n think I’m just that, or a certain type of artist when I actually have many sides. I can Out rap anyone, but sometimes I just wanna jus vibe or have fun

I’ll do a hype song, a conscious song, a love song or strip club song and will hop on a song with anybody and hold my own. That’s why I rapped on 4 different styles of beats on the LA Leakers cause I embrace being versatile, love to everybody who listened as well and sharing

Been locked in and have a lot planned for anybody who supporting n ride for me. Ain’t fans, y’all fam at this point! New music, merch, bars, ideas, energy, etc, basically just all sides of me I wanna share! If u got love for me I need to see you step up for me, and show up 4 me!

We’ll keep our ears open for Big Sean’s next drop. He has a few hit songs out there already and it seems that he is going full steam ahead into the future in that regard. He might even shut down a few haters along the way.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
