Young Thug is taking legal action against the owners of his luxury apartment in Atlanta. Thug is suing the real estate firm after he said the building’s concierge service lost several of his valuable possessions.

In November of 2020, Thug was returning to his apartment complex, The Trace, when he left a Luis Vuitton bag filled with pricey items next to his car. A fellow resident of the building returned the bag and its belongings to staff at The Trace.

According to the lawsuit, the bag was given to Lillie Bouie who works as a concierge at the building. Bouie contacted the rapper to let him know they’d found his property and would secure it.

Bouie also wrote a note and left it with the bag which instructed them to not release the bag without first contacting her. Another employee by the name of Latoya Guest then gave the bag to another unknown person without the consent of Bouie.

Young Thug claims that the bag contained $40,000 in cash, a watch worth $57,000, a diamond chain valued at $37,000, and a hard drive which contains over 200 unreleased tracks. Thug values the hard drive at $1 million.

The rapper recently celebrated the release of a new album by smashing a luxury car. The flashy Thug might want to be careful about taking his extremely expensive belongings out in public in the future. It is unknown whether Young Thug has been able to recover the bag and its contents.
