Legendary rapper Eminem recently showed love to 50 Cent on the new Nas album. Recently, Eminem was revealed to be guest starring in 50 Cent’s ‘BMF’ series as “White Boy Rick.

Eminem is also never shy from telling fans about his humble beginnings, as he grew up very poor and portrayed as such in the film 8 Mile. He also recently opened up his own restaurant called ‘Mom’s spaghetti.

It also came as no surprise that Eminem also opened up a merchandise store called ‘The Trailer’ inside his ‘Mom’s Spaghetti’ restaurant. The name comes from the trailer park that Eminem used to live in while growing up.

Pictures of Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, J. Cole and Eminem’s childhood homes were recently released by RapTV and many fans were simply shocked that Eminem grew up poor.

By the hip hop Twitter logic, poverty and struggle are the things that give legitimacy to rap and it turned out Eminem was the most authentic one. Clearly, many fans had no idea about Eminen or heard any of his older albums or even seen 8 Mile for that matter.

Always tried to tell people Em is NOT from Trailer parks he is from the hood stayed on 7-Mile that is the REAL DETROIT he went to Osborne High School in the ghetto in Detroit where 90% of people are black he don’t act black he’s a product of his environment

Eminem’s rags to riches stories remain one of the greatest in rapping history as he truly worked hard to make a name for himself and that will always remain an inspiration for fans and fellow rappers alike.
