Nate Diaz remains one of the most legitimate fighters to have ever stepped foot inside the Octagon. Diaz last competed against Jorge Masvidal for the “BMF” title at UFC 244 back in November 2019. He lost the match via doctor’s stoppage, but he is far from finished in the fight game. Diaz also has lofty ambitions after retiring from MMA.

WBC Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder faced off against each other on October 9th at T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The two took each other to the limit during the boxing match, which featured Deontay Wilder even knocking Wilder down twice in the match, becoming the first person to do so.

In the end, Tyson Fury overcame Deontay Wilder’s offence and managed an impressive knockout during the 11th round and successfully won the match. The match certainly impressed many people and that includes Nate Diaz.

While speaking to BT Sport, Nate Diaz revealed that he loved Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder. When asked whether he would want to step inside the boxing ring, Nate Diaz made it clear that he doesn’t rule out boxing in the future.

“I thought that was a good fight, an entertaining fight. I’m glad that I came and it’s good to watch… I’m a fan of Fury. I’m a fan of the Fury-Wilder trilogy so it’s cool.

Yeah, I have always been wanting to box [but] I have been stuck inside the cage. We’ll see what happens.”

We will have to wait and see if Nate Diaz ever does make it into the world of professional boxing as fans would love to see that happen.
