Jason Isaacs lived out the dream of geeks around the world when he starred in “Star Trek: Discovery.” However, there was one aspect of the experience that the actor did not enjoy quite so much.

Isaacs said that the visibly snug costume he had to wear for the movie felt like living “inside a vacuumed sausage skin.” The actor described the experience in an interview with Page Six.

It wasn’t so much that they were uncomfortable, it was just that I prefer my testicles down somewhere near my groin and not my throat.

Isaacs also joked about not being able to have children as a result of wearing the outfit. It seems that despite Patrick Stewart‘s complaints about his Captain Picard jumpsuit, not much has changed.

Isaacs also divulged that every time he lifted his arms in that outfit, it caused “quite a display that they hadn’t planned for.” However, the “Harry Potter” star refused to reveal anything further.

Isaacs is currently promoting his film, “Mass,” which premiered this week. Isaacs has also pointed out that the premiere of the film coincided with the anniversary of his sobriety.
