The Rock is known for his clever lines and clever catchphrases that could fit perfectly into a rap bar. Now Dwayne Johnson has teamed up with Tech N9ne to drop a brand new track, and it dropped today.

If you recall, Dwayne Johnson was elated to make this big announcement. He talked up the track big time while posting a teaser on Twitter that garnered a ton of attention. He touted that this new track was fire and The People’s Champion delivered once again.

“Face Off” features Tech N9ne, King Iso and Joey Cool. The Rock is on the track for the last verse, and he spit some serious fire. It’s really worth a listen, because it only proves that anything Dwayne Johnson touches turns to gold.

We’ll have to see if The Rock uses these newfound flow skills on another level, or perhaps in an acing role. We can imagine that these skills, that he has apparently sharpened to a razor edge, will pay off in the future.

You can check out the track below. The Rock starts spitting his verse at around the 3 minute mark and he carries the rest of the track. We have to give The Rock credit for another job well done.

The music video is set to debut later this afternoon, at 3:00pm EST. We have also embedded that below for your viewing pleasure.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
