Tom Brady is set to make a return to New England to face his old team. That might result in a wild game as the Patriots take on the defending Super Bowl Champions.

Brady’s time in Tampa Bay has seen success so far. He hopes to carry on with that momentum, but New England does not plan on letting up on him in the slightest. LeBron James knows a thing or two about facing his old team and he had some wisdom to impart while speaking on Monday Night Football.

“I remember that day like it was yesterday. December 2, 2010. It was rough. I got no sleep the night before. I already knew the adversity and how crazy it was going to be. It was very challenging … I know Tom did so many great things down there in Foxborough, down there with the Patriots. But they’re gonna root for who they root for and you know they’re gonna root for the Pats. It can get a little ugly. He’s got to go in there and quiet the crowd like I was able to do the night of December 2, 2010.”

LeBron James is arguably the best pro baller in the game today, but he had a couple of offers to play for the NFL during the NBA lockout in 2011. King James even still has the jerseys they sent him.

We’ll have to see how the Patriots vs Buccaneers turns out, but Brady and Rob Gronkowski are returning to familiar soil that might not be too welcoming this time around.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
