Dina Lohan Sentenced To Jail Time After Pleading Guilty For DWI

Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina Lohan will be spending some time in jail after she pleaded guilty to a DWI case recently from the looks of it.

According to TMZ, a spokesperson with the Nassau County D.A.’s Office stated that Dina Lohan took a plea deal as she pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while inebriated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting it.

It was said that Dina Lohan will be spending only 18 days in jail and will then be on 5 years probation. She is also obligated to participate in a victim impact panel and take part in an alcohol program.

Lohan was arrested back in January of this year after police officers stated that Lohan t-boned another car outside the Outback Steakhouse restaurant and leaving the scene. Logan was tracked down to her Long Island home and police found a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and noticed Dina had glassy, bloodshot eyes as well.

We certainly hope Dina Lohan will learn her lesson and not get herself in trouble with the law once again in the future.
