Nostalgia is all the rage nowadays as people look back at the past with fondness. 1987’s Dirty Dancing holds a very special place in the hearts of many, and now they are bringing back the idea for a new dance competition/

Fox picked up a brand new dance competition that is sure to get a lot of eyes on the network. According to Us Weekly, this new show will be based on Dirty Dancing.

Stephen “tWitch” Boss will host the new show and an all-star cast will join him. Those names include WWE’s Brie Bella, Bachelorette alum Tyler Bameron, Backstreet Boys’ Howie Dorough and High School Musical’s Corbin Bleu. All of those people have displayed their dance steps in the past.

This is an interesting opportunity for Brie Bella. Her twin sister, Nikki Bella, competed in Dancing with the Stars a few years ago. Now it’s Brie’s turn to show off her moves.

This show will shoot at the actual location of Kellerman’s Lodge from the Dirty Dancing film. It sounds like a very unique presentation and we will have to wait and see what they come up with.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
