Marilyn Manson has a couple of accusations about him right now, but he can rest easy about one. A case for rape against the shock rocker has been dismissed.

According to TMZ, a judge dismissed the rap case against Manson. This occurred on Tuesday after it was deemed that the statute of limitations passed on the victim’s claims.

Manson was sued in May by “Jane Doe” who claimed they started dating in 2011. Then things took a a terrible turn and he raped her.

His accuser claimed that she “repressed” the memories of being raped, and a judge said that she waited too long to file those charged. She could not “specify” why her memory was repressed or why she didn’t remember the rape eariler.

Manson is still being sued for sexual battery by three other women. One of those women is his former assistant and Esme Bianco.

His accuser in that now-dismissed rape case has 20 days to re-file her claims. We will have to see if she does that.
