Cardi B established herself as one of the best female rappers in the Hip Hop world and her music has reached people all over the globe. She is also likely to rage on anyone claiming that she got pregnant to promote a record.

Cardi B also gave birth to her second child earlier this month. According to TMZ, Cardi B is requesting the judge to postpone the trial over her ‘Gangsta Bitch’ cover art, which she was sued over nearly 4 years ago.

The album features features the rapper sitting back, drinking a beer, while a man with an elaborate back tattoo puts his head between her legs.

The trial was scheduled to take to place next month but according to Cardi B’s legal documentation, she is asking for a delay in the trial as she gave birth to her second child on September 4th.

Cardi doesn’t believe she should be required to travel the entire distance from East Coast to Southern California next month as she nerds to be there to take care of her newborn.

She also mentioned the risks of COVID-19 and also spending extended periods of time in public places, such as airports, hotels, and the courthouse. The rapper requested the court to postpone the trial by 75 days.

A judge has yet to arrive on a decision. We will keep up updated on this ongoing story.
