Kanye West’s DONDA album dropped and the world took notice. Many fans zeroed in on his lyrics to see if he said something more, and the song Hurricane on the world record setting album might include a bit of personal info.

The song Hurricane seemingly alludes to Ye cheating on Kim K. The song mentioned their first two children, North and Saint, before going into what some are viewing as an admission that he continued stepping out on Kim even after they shared two children.

“Here I go actin’ too rich, here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is, Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin’.”

A source close to the rapper confirmed to People that the lyrics are “in a way [Kanye’s] testimony of everything he did wrong and his apology and taking accountability.” That is rather telling, especially considering the situation.

Kanye put a lot of himself into DONDA, which is why it took so long to release. Perhaps he also used the record as a bit of a testimonial to get some things off his chest. We’ll let you be the judge of that.

Let’s get to know each other. Me? Well, I have a master’s degree in Journalism from Marshall University, but I don’t really like to talk about that. I was a stand-up comedian for eight years, but I don’t really like to talk about that either. I write a lot. I once worked for a company that writes blurbs for online gambling games. Those paid $.75 each. So, if you frequent that kind of thing, then you’re welcome for the description for Biker Chicken Slots or Crazy Granny’s Scratchers. I wish I had more to tell, but due to my crippling anxiety and Tourette’s Syndrome, that has become increasingly worse over the years, I tend to keep to myself.
