DaBaby is known to cross the line and take things too far, making him a constant subject of controversy. During his performance at Rolling Loud in Miami, DaBaby caused quite a stir after making a controversial and homophobic statement. It all led to him being cancelled fans and events alike. He was previously dropped from the upcoming Lollapalooza lineup.

To add to his woes, he was removed from the Governor’s Ball as well as more shows. DaBaby previously posted a half-hearted apology for his harmful and insensitive remarks as he took to Instagram, but then he would go on to delete the post. Due to this, he was subject to even more backlash from fans, who simply had no interest in forgiving him.

Rappers such as 50 Cent showed support for DaBaby and believed that he will recover just like how Chris Brown did when he was cancelled. Nick Cannon also recently supported DaBaby and told fans to embrace the rapper

During Hot 97’s Summer Jam, DaBaby decided to address his controversial remarks and while doing so, hit back at his haters and called them crybabies in a pre-taped video.

“[Hot 97] allowed me to share my gift, share my blessing with y’all out here live on this stage amongst all the chaos and all the backlash. So hats off to y’all for that… They accepted my sincerity and all my apologies when I said I never, ever meant to offend anybody or say anything to make anybody feel any type of way live on that stage a few weeks ago. And Hot 97 was also willing to stick they neck out on the line, willing to go against all odds with everything going on out here in the world, and still allow me to come out here on this stage and utilize they platform to help the world move forward.

Check this out. Other than the people that, you know, was truly offended, I feel like the rest of y’all motherfuckers being cry babies.”

It seems Miley Cyrus certainly has her work cut out for her if she truly will try to help DaBaby get better as DaBaby shows no signs of remorse after what he said during Rolling Loud.
