Bobby Lashley Is Down To Face Jake Hager In Bellator

WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has proven himself to be one of the most legitimate wrestlers in all of pro wrestling thanks to his MMA background. Sadly, his Olympic hopes were dashed thanks to a bank robbery. Lashley’s reign is a very dominant one since winning the title from The Miz. 

Before his return WWE back in 2018, Bobby Lashley competed in the MMA world at Bellator. He still has a solid fight record and proved just how good he was as a legitimate fighter.

While speaking to the Battleground podcast, Bobby Lashley talked about potentially fighting AEW star Jake Hager, who is currently fights at Bellator as well. Lashley stated that he’d love to fight against Jake Hager in Bellator.

“I think Hager, I think he’s doing great. I think he’s moving up. He almost got the Fedor fight. I think he was politicking for that for a while, but a fight with him is something that would be cool, and I would definitely do it. I would probably fight anybody if I went back to fighting, so I’m not saying it’s one particular person I’m looking for. Wrestling fans would love to see one wrestler fight another wrestler, and I think he’s probably the only one that’s fighting right now that’s an option. It’s not one of those things that I want to call him out, but it would be a cool fight, and definitely entertaining.”

We will have to wait and see just how the feud between Bobby Lashley and Goldberg is booked as we approach the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view on August 21st.
