Gina Krasley, who had just become a part of TLC’s Season 8 of “My 600-Lb. Life” last year, has passed away at a young age of 30. As per an obituary, Gina died in the confines of her home, surrounded by friends and family.

Being from Tuckerton, New Jersey, the circumstances surrounding the demise of Gina has still unclear. Gina became a part of the “My 600-Lb Life” franchise last year in Jan. 2020. The episode in which she was featured and documented was “Time Is Running Out For Gina.”

Gina revealed that it was at the young age of 14 when she realized that she went to food as an outlet for her. She already weighed 300-lbs at such a young age, and went on to reveal that life became more and more difficult for her as she approached the weight of 500-lbs.

In a clip from the show, Gina reveals that her life has been hard and she expressed her struggle with the line: “I was just pushed under the rug.” She is survived by her wife Elizabeth Krasley, her mother, her sister and her grandparents.
