50 Cent and Young Buck’s beef is still pretty ugly, and it might just land them in court. Fif seems like he’s finished messing around with his rap rival, and a huge lawsuit could be on the way.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, Fif has requested additional time from the trustee presiding over Buck’s ongoing bankruptcy case.

This new report came out saying that 50 Cent is considering a $250,000 lawsuit against Young Buck, something the Nashville rapper is not cool with. This is over Young Buck allegedly owing 50 Cent money, but Buck is calling BS on the claim that he owes Fif anything.

50’s lawyers say they are currently investigating the matter and need additional time to determine the best plan of attack. The court is giving 50 until October to decide whether or not to bring a suit. The crux of the case is the $250,000 the Power actor loaned to Buck. 50 says Buck entered into a recording contract with G-Unit in 2014. He says prior to the recording contract being executed, 50 paid Buck a total of $250,000.

We’ll have to see how this pans out, but 50 Cent is obviously a man who knows how to go after money owed to him. Stay tuned, because this situation could be far from finished.
