Dr. Dre’s personal life became a mess after his wife Nicole Young filed for divorce after twenty-five years of marriage. As reported earlier, Nice Young is seeking $2 million per month in spousal support.

Nicole Young had earlier requested the court order the three alleged mistresses of Dr. Dre to sit for a deposition and be asked about Dr. Dre.

A breakthrough had been reached in the case a few months ago as Dr. Dre was officially divorced from Nicole Young. The ongoing divorce dispute still wages on and now it seems another breakthrough has been reached.

According to legal documentation obtained by The Blast, Dr. Dre has been ordered by the court to pay almost $300k a month in spousal support. It was said that both Dr. Dre and his ex-wife were in court for a hearing this week. He was ordered to pay $293,306 per month to his ex-wife, which is due on the first of every month.

“[Dre] is ordered to pay to the [Nicole] spousal support in the sum of $293,306.00 per month, payable on the first of each month, commencing August 1, 2021,”

This means Dr. Dre will have to pay up $3,519,672 a year in spousal support and does not include other expenses. The order will reportedly stay in place “until the party receiving support remarries or enters into a new domestic partnership, death of either party.”

It was also said that this order could be temporary as the former couple continue financial negotiations. There are still talks of Nicole Young receiving a lump sum and that would mean she will no longer get $300K monthly support anymore. We will keep you updated on this ongoing case.
