Lil Baby was arrested in Paris on marijuana possession, but he was let go after a little bit of time in custody. James Harden was with him, and detained at the time, but not arrested. As of this writing Paris Police have not released any additional information because this was an “ongoing investigation.”
Harden and Lil Baby were in Paris for Fashion Week, but they received an unwelcomed visit from police.
The famous rapper is already out and moving on with his life after picking up a charged for “transport of illicit drugs” in Paris. Apparently, he has plans to leave France ASAP as well, which is understandable. He sent out an Instagram message to update fans on his status and plug a show in Indianapolis.

He also sent out a very simple tweet just to let everyone know that, “I’m good.”
It is unknown what the next steps are in Lil Baby’s legal process. He could face up to a year in a French prison for possession of 20 grams of marijuana, an offense that would get him no time at all in many intelligent states within the USA.
