Bill Cosby was released from incarceration after the highest court in the land in Pennsylvania decided that the criminal trial against him infringed on his 5th amendment rights. Now he is thinking about his next move

According to TMZ, Cosby and his legal team are exploring the idea of throwing down a lawsuit against Montgomery County. Sources close to Cosby said that the famous comedian and his wife, Camille, are very upset that he was incarcerated for the last three years, unjustly in their opinion.

They are now considering a lawsuit against the county in Pennsylvania where the trial took place. His attorney is looking at a possible lawsuit for abuse of process, and that’s jut one of several options they are talking about.

If Cosby’s attorneys can prove that the prosecutor deliberately misused the criminal justice system, then he will win. It was not noted what Cosby is seeking in this lawsuit.
