Kendrick Lamar is unloading his home just east of LA, and it’s less than $1 million, which is a rarity. We can’t imagine it will sit around for long at $800k.

The rapper put his four bedroom, 2.5 bath property up for sale in the Inland Empire city of Eastvale has been a pad for Lamar’s parents and siblings. Now it is up for sale, but Lamar has other places to stay.

Kendrick Lamar just bought a $2.65 million home in Calabasas a few years ago as an investment, and his family got to move into that home. So he doesn’t need that other house.

Lamar’s actual home is a $10 million mansion in LA. So he’s still got everything going on just the way he wants it.

The home has 3,500 square feet and a 3-car garage to boot. The outside features a nice yard, pool, and BBQ station. Lamar is still making a profit on his investment. He bought the home for $523,400 in 2014 and now he’s listing it for $800k.

Are you surprised to learn that Kendrick Lamar is a real estate mogul too? Sound off in the comments!

With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
