Billie Eilish is drawing the ire from fans who believe that she is “queerbaiting” people by her recent social media posts.

Eilish, who has been romantically linked to Matthew Tyler Vorce, has been called out by fans in recent memory after they accused her of purposefully confusing them about her sexual orientation. Some have said that she has been sending mixed signals.

The popular singer posted a photo to Instagram where she posed with a bunch of girls, looking very close. She included a caption saying: “I love girls.” That naturally got fans to speculate, but also wonder why Eilish would want to send that message otherwise.

Billie Eilish also hasn’t hinted at being LGBTQ in the past. She actually revealed that she kept a boyfriend secret from the press. She didn’t reveal the name of this unknown musician boyfriend of hers either.

Some are accusing Billie of toying with fans and making them question their pre-conceived notions about her sexuality. We’ll have to see if Billie Eilish has anything big to announce on the subject. We are in the middle of Pride Month, after all.

What’s your take on this situation? Does Billie Eilish owe her fans any type of answer?
