WWE has a lot of things that they need to plan out, and some big names are likely on the call list. The Rock is always welcome at WWE events, but he is also incredibly busy. There is a hope that will change in November.

It was previously reported that WWE is considering Brooklyn as their location for Survivor Series 2021. That will bring WWE back to a market where they have experienced a lot of success in the past. The company is also eyeing Dwyane Johnson to show up.

Although it wasn’t specifically stated whether or not WWE wants The Rock for a match at Survivor Series, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter said that there is a hope that he will show up. At this time nothing has been confirmed, because Dwayne Johnson will probably need to make things work out with his incredibly demanding schedule.

The hope is for Dwayne Johnson to make an appearance at that show but that isn’t locked in, but the hope it for around that time. If he’s involved that would make it a huge show and it would lead credence to Reigns vs. Johnson for WrestleMania.

Rock vs Roman Reigns was teased for this year’s WrestleMania, but they couldn’t make that happen. The event was previous set to be held in Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium, and The Rock could have certainly drawn a huge amount of interest in that market. We will have to see if The Rock can get back to WWE sometime in 2021.
