Eminem has been in the game long enough that his older records are getting him cancelled now. Gen Z can try all they like, but fans are still buying up Slim Shady’s masterpieces. He is also making a ton of money off those records in the process.

Marshall Mathers just breached a new sales threshold for The Eminem Show. That record has now sold over 11 million pure copies, meaning that fan are still buying Eminem CDs in 2021. That new accomplishment joins The Marshall Mathers LP in making Eminem the first artist to sell 11 million pure copies with two different records.

Chart Data sent out a blast to inform fans about Eminem’s new record. It is quite an accomplishment, especially since we’re not talking about digital sales.

Eminem becomes the first artist to have two albums sell over 11 million pure copies each in the Nielsen era as ‘The Eminem Show’ crosses the milestone.

Eminem is likely back in the lab as rumors swirl about a new release. There could also be a collaboration with Post Malone coming eventually. Odds are Eminem fans need to stay tuned because he is far from finished making history.
