LeBron James has played for a few teams and his latest run with the Lakers did not equal out to be a successful partnership this season. The Phoenix Suns eliminated the Lakers from the Playoffs and now fans and the Lakers alike are looking to see what next season might hold.

After tends of “LeFlop” and calls to have King James’ salary cut to make way for a third prized player, LA Lakers fans are looking at James a bit differently this time.

While talking to Le Batard and Friends’ YouTube channel, Pat Riley said he’d would put something special under to mat just in case LeBron James has any interest in coming back to Miami.

“I would leave the key under the doormat if he would call and let me know he’s coming. I would do that, but I doubt very much if that key, that key’s rusted now.

“Look, I wish him nothing but the best. And if he ever wanted to come back, then I’ll put a new shiny key under that mat.”

We’ll have to see if LeBron James decides to depart from the Lake Show. The Lakers need to do something different because their first round loss to the Phoenix Suns is not the way anyone saw the playoffs really going for LeBron’s team.

You never know if LeBron James might see a change in scenery as a benefit. We do know that he would rather retire than play for the Orlando Magic.

Do you think LeBron James would leave the Lakers for the Heat? Sound off in the comments!
